This post made me laugh! Thank you, much needed during the last week of courses. In terms of sharing, I do believe you can share too much on social media. That is why I think it is beneficial to keep one account for personal interaction and one for professional. Best of luck with your future work!
I agree with TeachMusicTravel, it does seem important to have personal and professional accounts. I am working on connecting some of the items from this semester into my professional account with my name on it.
I agree with the previous two comments suggesting the use of both personal and professional accounts. I typically use LinkedIn professionally, while any other account I have is personal and protected by privacy settings. Beyond having personal accounts, I suspect some folks have anonymous accounts to facilitate communication they don't necessarily want under their own name.
